Focus on Fitness & Health
For over 20 years, under the leadership of the current owners, Raymond Steffann and Jan Jonquière, ClubPlanner has been created. Initially, for the fitness chain ‘Sportstudio’ in Twente. At the time, the owner of the fitness chain wanted more insight into staff planning and sales. After the sale of Sportstudio in 2005, ClubPlanner was developed further specifically for the fitness & health industry. Soon after, contacts were made with NHN Support, consultants specialised in the fitness industry, and an intensive collaboration followed. Since 2021, the collaboration has continued as a single company under the name ClubPlanner.
Innovations and the future
The ClubPlanner team has grown to more than 20 employees and the ambitions have grown simultaneously. To secure our ambitions, the company is under the daily management of Peter van der Kwaak since January 2022. We want to be the specialist and offer a unique software solution to manage the customer journey. To provide members with a positive customer experience. We help entrepreneurs in the European fitness & health industry to stay healthy. Over the last few years, ClubPlanner has grown into a complete and valued software package. Enhancements such as member retention, staff scheduling, and the messaging service all prove to be a success factor and are meeting the needs of many clubs.
